The food is fragrant and the love is served. During the Spring Festival, Yiyangyuan specially designed a "hidden menu" for the elderly, and the moss-striped white shrimp is one of them.
"The taste is very authentic, I love it!" After tasting the small white shrimp with moss strips, 86-year-old grandma Zhou Xiaoqiu praised it repeatedly. "Starting from the New Year's Eve dinner on New Year's Eve to the third day of the first lunar month, we prepared extra meals for more than 300 elderly people staying in the hospital, including Ningbo specialty small glutinous rice balls, smoked fish, gray sauce dumplings and other meals to satisfy the elderly. Tasting the New Year's flavor of 'home' also brings them good luck in the New Year." This year is Jiang Weisu's fourth year of working in elderly care. Jiang Weisu is from Ruijiang, Sichuan. She told reporters that in the past few years, she has seen a lot of loneliness. "We have nearly 80 caregivers in Yiyang Home, most of whom come from other places. But during this year's Spring Festival holiday, nearly 90% of the caregivers chose to stick to their posts."
