  Shashi Qifu Port in Jingzhou, Hubei Province is an important ferry connecting Jingzhou, Hubei Province and Yueyang, Hunan Province. The Yangtze River Maritime Safety Administration broke the "early morning sailing" rule for the steam ferry and allowed the Shashi steam ferry in Jingzhou to operate 24 hours a day on February 5.   According to statistics, since the Spring Festival Transport began on January 26, Yangtze River shipping has ensured the safe and convenient transportation of 25.46 million tons of coal, 4.19 million tons of oil and natural gas, 2.61 million tons of grain and other key materials, representing year-on-year increases of 3.9%, 25.6%, and 31.9% respectively.
