A mother confessed before the Würzburg regional court that she had sexually abused her underage daughter several times. Accordingly, the 37-year-old filmed the acts in 2020 and sent the recordings to her partner at the time, who is also on trial. The 38-year-old is said to have sent the videos and pictures to another man, who then reported him.
In a previous legal discussion it was agreed that if the defendant made a plea, the sentence would be within the scope of probation. The accused man also admitted the allegations and apologized.
The victim was seven years old at the time of the crime. The public prosecutor's office accuses the mother of the girl from the Main-Spessart district of, among other things, serious sexual abuse of a child and the production of child pornographic content. Her boyfriend at the time was charged with, among other things, possession of child and youth pornography.
The verdict is due to be pronounced on Thursday.
