At the time, Takahashi was riding a bicycle, and his acquaintance, Yamauchi, was driving the car.



In addition, the Metropolitan Police Department believes that he was trying to inflate the bill because he claimed that the expensive competition electric gun he owned was damaged as a result of the accident.



The insurance company, which became suspicious that there were multiple claims for accidents between the same parties, consulted the Metropolitan Police Department and discovered the incident.In response to the investigation, Takahashi denied the charges, saying, ``It was a real accident.'' However, the other two have acknowledged it.



Takahashi has already been indicted for defrauding approximately 18 million yen in insurance money using the same method, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the possibility that he may have been involved in approximately 30 insurance frauds since 2004.
