The high-grade citrus ``Setoka'' is being actively harvested in Mihama Town, Mie Prefecture.

``Setoka'' is characterized by its melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich aroma, and is also called ``Citrus Toro.''

At a farm in Mihama Town that grows 15 types of citrus, harvesting of ``setoka'' began this month.

Starting early in the morning on the 6th, 10 employees carefully harvested the beautiful orange-colored Setoka one by one using scissors.

The harvested ``Setoka'' was separated by size by machine and packed in boxes for shipping.

Kiyoaki Kakiuchi, the farm's representative, said, ``We were blessed with good weather this year, and the sugar content was high, resulting in good quality produce.''

Harvesting of Setoka at this farm will continue until the end of this month, and the harvest will be sold at supermarkets in the Tokai area and farmers' markets in Mie Prefecture.
