This year is his 18th year of sailing. He has rich experience in celebrating the New Year at sea. . "It takes 6 to 8 months for the crew to board the ship. There is a high probability that they will not be able to go home to celebrate the New Year. In the past ten years or so of running the ship, I have spent about half of the Spring Festival at sea. Dumplings are an indispensable 'New Year's flavor'. We get up early in the morning Just start kneading noodles and chopping stuffing, and it will be just as lively on the boat."

In the past 11 years of running the boat, I have only been home for the Chinese New Year 3 or 4 times. Fortunately, communication methods are becoming more and more convenient. , I often make video calls, and when I watch my daughter act coquettishly, I feel like she is right beside me.”

On the ocean stage full of challenges, traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival have long become the spiritual sustenance of the crew. No matter where they are, the warmth of home and the charm of traditional culture can always reach everyone's heart across mountains and seas.

A simple "Happy New Year" shows the crew's love for life and longing for the future, as well as their deep longing for home. When talking about New Year's resolutions, "peace and peace" became the most commonly mentioned word among crew members.
