For the last half hour of the show, Laurent Mariotte welcomes the actress and singer Elisa Tovati. She was revealed in the film La Vérité si je mens, she likes cheese and persimmons and today released her 6th album: Elisa fait son cinema, 17 film songs. Like every week, a chef comes to cook the dish of the day. On the menu: spelled risotto, candied onion, gremolata and savory. It is made by chef Etienne Ferreira of Brasserie Valma, in Paris. Spelled risotto, gremolata recipe

For 4 people :

- Bouquet garni (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf)

- 1 carrot

- 1 head of garlic

- 1 white onion

- 500g spelled

- 1 spoon of mascarpone

- 1 spoon of white balsamic vinegar

- 30g butter

- 30g parmesan

Gremolata:

- 1 bunch of parsley

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 lemon juice

- 20g mustard

- 5g of salt

- 10g olive oil

- 20g of water

1) Make a vegetable broth with the bouquet garni, the head of garlic and the carrot: boil water and add the 3 ingredients, and leave to infuse.

2) Slice the onion, roast it with the butter until it turns brown.

3) Add the spelled, stir for 1 minute and add water, reduce and add more until the spelled is cooked.

4) Once the spelled has finished cooking, add the spoonful of white balsamic and mascarpone, salt and pepper.

Make gremolata:

1) Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain very green parsley.

2) Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Training:

- Arrange the risotto at the bottom of the plate, add the gremolata and grated parmesan.
