  The reporter learned at the exhibition site that day that the Wu family tomb complex is located 15 kilometers south of Jiaxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. It is a family cemetery from the Eastern Han Dynasty. Wuliang Temple is one of the stone ancestral halls on the tomb. The portraits of the Wu clan, represented by the Wuliang Temple, adhere to the carving techniques of bells, tripods, and jade from three generations, and pioneered the paintings of the Wei, Jin, Tang, and Song dynasties. Their exquisite carving techniques and rich image content rank first among the Han portrait stones in the country.

  "We exhibited more than 20 stone rubbings of portraits in the collection this time, the most classic of which is the west wall of Wuliang Temple." Wang Haiyu, director of the Stone Carving Cultural Relics Protection Research Department of Shandong Museum, said in an interview with reporters that the west wall of Wuliang Temple is engraved with "Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors" "image, as well as stories such as Cao Mo's kidnapping of Duke Huan of Qi and Jing Ke's assassination of the King of Qin. Multiple portraits have become the earliest examples of ancient Chinese art images. Many images in textbooks are based here.
