  Aunt Zhang is a loyal "aunt fan" of actor Jin Dong. In October 2021, Aunt Zhang was drawn into a fan group called "Jin Dong Star". Since February 2022, Aunt Zhang has been continuously recharging and rewarding a user named "Jin Dong" in the group. Not long after, "Jin Dong" added Aunt Zhang's WeChat account in the name of love.   From May 2022 to June 2023, Wang Moumou successively recruited the defendants Gao Moumou, Cai Moumou, Li Moumou, Chen Moumou, Lin Moumou, Lin Moumou, Chen Moumou and others as salesmen. Carrying out fraudulent activities.

  All salesmen were instructed by Wang Moumou to publish videos or audios of fake stars or celebrities such as "Jin Dong" on Douyin and Kuaishou short video platforms to attract middle-aged and elderly women and deceive their trust. Then they used the above-mentioned fake celebrities or celebrities to The celebrity identity and the victim engage in online chatting and online dating on the WeChat platform, inducing the victim to establish an emotional connection with the "celebrity", and finally ask for money for various reasons such as investment, charity, support, online shopping, love, etc., and defraud the victim through WeChat transfer and other methods. The money of multiple victims totaled more than 310,000 yuan.

  After trial, the Jing'an District People's Court held that for the purpose of illegal possession, the defendant Wang Moumou instructed the other seven defendants to fake their identities, fabricate facts, and repeatedly defraud others of their property. The actions of the eight defendants all constituted the crime of fraud. Should be punished according to law. Wang Moumou played a major role in the joint crime and was the principal offender; the remaining seven defendants played secondary and auxiliary roles and were accessory offenders. The eight defendants all voluntarily returned their illegal gains and prepaid fines. If they showed some remorse, they could all be given lighter punishments as appropriate.
