“We want to tell a whole story together”
Guest of Europe 1 this Saturday morning, Lara Fabian announced that her next album would be an album exclusively with Slimane! After releasing a first single together entitled
Ta Pain
, the two artists wanted to go further in their collaboration. "The ambition that we have, Slimane and I, without putting pressure on ourselves, is to be able to tell a story together, from start to finish. It's our idea. I have this old habit of mixing myself up to the end with someone. I love this idea of being able to share a whole story, therefore of fragmenting it over several songs and then sometimes deciding, while we are telling the story, not to to say everything and not to keep everything. And you can only do that with someone in whom you confide completely,” she confided to Julia Vignali. This new opus with Slimane will be released at the end of 2024.
