In order to meet the travel needs of passengers to the greatest extent, Wuhan Railway plans to operate 107 additional passenger trains to increase transportation capacity on that day, with a total of 452 passenger trains starting operation.

  On February 3, Xiangyang, Yichang, Enshi, Pingdingshan, Xinyang and other places within the Wuhan Railway Group experienced freezing rain and heavy snow. As of now, Wuhan Railway has suspended 54.5 pairs of trains running to and from Hankou, Shiyan, Yichang, Enshi, Zaoyang and other places within its management, and has suspended 3 pairs of trains running to and from Zhengzhou in Yichang, Xiangyang, Hankou, Shiyan, Yichang, Xinyang and other places. The 22 pairs of night high-speed trains running to and from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other places have been suspended.

After receiving the train suspension text message or querying the train suspension information on 12306, passengers can check the train operation status within 30 days from the ticket departure date ( (Including the same day), full refund procedures can be handled at the manual windows of major railway stations across the country and on the 12306 website (12306 mobile APP). No refund fee will be charged for refunds due to train suspension.

  Passengers who use the 12306 website to purchase tickets, purchase tickets in cash or have printed reimbursement vouchers can apply for refunds through the 12306 website in advance.
