Police in Australia rescued a child from a toy claw machine. Three-year-old Ethan was on a shopping trip with his family when he climbed down the dispensing chute into the vending machine filled with Hello Kitty plush toys. Then the device got stuck. The Queensland state police announced this on Thursday.

A police video shows four emergency services called to help gesticulating the boy into the back of the machine before breaking the window. "Police made sure Ethan was at a safe distance before breaking the glass window of the ATM to free him," the police report states.

“You won a prize, which one do you want?” a police officer can be heard joking in the video as the boy is freed from the machine.
