Last Saturday Panamanian television lived one of the television moments that will take time to forget. Broadcast of the program Sábado con Andrés, a format presented by Andrés Hurtado, in which the election of Miss Peru was celebrated. Everything was going smoothly: presentation of the participants, parade of the same and the usual question time of any beauty contest that boasts.
Andrés Hurtado approaches one of the girls and throws her the question that corresponds to him and that he has written in his folder: "What do you consider to be your greatest means?" The contestant's face showed then that something was not right. "Medium?" "That's right, what do you consider to be your greatest means or is the question badly asked? Let's see, production, can it be fear...?", snapped Andrés Hurtado.
Normally, once the presenter noticed the transcription error in the script everything would have continued correcting the word half out of fear. However, Andrés Hurtado, no. the presenter broke the ladder of the program and went straight behind the camera to the producer, José Malpartida.

Malpartida then handed him what seemed to be the ladder of the program and accepted the dismissal and humiliation to which he had just been subjected. However, before Andrés Hurtado could open his mouth again, the producer turned around and ripped the host's ladder out of his hands: "I'll take them as a souvenir."
But Hurtado was not going to let the producer he had just unceremoniously thrown out stay above him: . "Excuse me, here the heads are cut off immediately. I cannot allow. Finish the program and quit your job."
Then he went back to the ladder, approached the contestant and asked her the question correctly: "What is your biggest fear?" The response of the young woman was a statement of the environment that Hurtado had established with his departure of tone in the program: "My biggest fear was daring to participate in Miss Peru."
It is not the first time that the presenter loses the papers. Last March, Hurtado was also the target of controversy when he fired his sound technician after the audio of the program presented failures. The incident occurred when the sound technician sang and the sound slipped into the presenter. The mistake greatly angered Hurtado, who chose to stop working with him.
