"In the new era, Chinese children should be good children with aspirations, dreams, love learning, love labor, know gratitude, know how to be friendly, dare to innovate and struggle, and develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and laboriously." On the eve of June 1 this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping sent this message to Chinese children in the new era.

In the past few days, a group of Tibetan teenagers from the plateau have traveled in Beijing to pursue their dreams. Although they live at an altitude of 4500,<> meters, they are still "wind-chasing boys" who excel in the green field, and although they grew up in a welfare home, they also love life and have colorful aspirations.

It is both a dream fulfillment and a dream building

From May 5 to June 30, 6 children from the Yushu Prefecture Children's Welfare Institute in Qinghai Province participated in the "Three Rivers Source • Beijing Love • Chinese Heart - Qinghai Yushu Tibetan Youth Youth Beijing Tour", hosted by China News Service, the People's Government of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province and the Beijing Youth Aid Headquarters, organized by China News Network, and co-organized by China and Singapore Public Welfare.

The itinerary of 40 children in Beijing, the time is tight and the content is rich, and along the way, the children's "dream list" is achieved one by one.

Ah Bin, a 14-year-old Tibetan boy, remembers Beijing's most memorable "Beijing memory" at the Beijing Workers' Stadium on the evening of June 6. Amid the loud cheers, Ah Bin, known as "Yushu Cristiano Ronaldo", and five other Yushu companions appeared in the Chinese Super League as caddies, "feeling like a star when they appeared".

The oldest of the 40 children is 16 years old and the youngest is only 7 years old, among them there are many football players like Ah Bin, who have not received professional training, and the football teacher is the "father" in the orphanage. But even with limited conditions, many children aspire to become professional footballers.

On June 1st, Yushu Junior played a friendly match with the Beijing Guoan Junior Team. At the end of the game, children of the same age and the same interests become good friends who talk about everything.

Many media reported on Ah Bin and their appearance in the Chinese Super League with the title of "Highland Youth Fulfilling Dreams of Beijing New Worker". In fact, for these children, the trip to Beijing is a journey to realize dreams and build dreams.

After playing in a professional stadium for the first time, Ah Bin strengthened his confidence to become a professional player; After watching a performance at the National Centre for the Performing Arts for the first time, 7-year-old Gyunoma had the dream of "growing up to be a dancer"; After visiting the university campus for the first time, Tenzin Dolma, a fourth-year student, set a small goal: to score 95 in mathematics next semester and become a university mathematics teacher in the future...

"National wind" blowing from the plateau

Follow the historical footprints at the site of the Mongolian-Tibetan school, learn the dances of various ethnic groups in the Central Nationalities Song and Dance Troupe, listen to lectures by professors of the Central University for Nationalities, watch the animated film "Snow Boy" by King Gesar... When 40 Tibetan children came to Beijing, they brought both "ethnic style" and "ethnic style".

At the Chinese National Community Experience Hall, located on the site of the Mongolian-Tibetan School, Zangba Cicheng, who likes history classes the most, carefully looked at historical materials one by one, looking for knowledge points in textbooks, "learning history is the best way to understand the country and the nation."

While watching the performances of artists of various nationalities, Dolmatso, a 13-year-old girl, recognized the national costumes on the stage: Uyghurs, Mongolians, Kazakhs... She said that the musical instruments of various ethnic groups have their own characteristics, and the music played together is very imposing and very good.

During the university visit, Professor Meng Man of the Central University for Nationalities gave a lecture on the topics of King Gesar, Tongtianhe, and the Jockey Club, which quickly narrowed the distance with the children.

"The teacher said that we are beautiful in Qinghai, and I was very proud when she praised our hometown." Hao Zengla Mao is the eldest sister of Yushu teenagers and the top student in the teacher's mouth, and what she is most looking forward to this trip to Beijing is to visit the university.

During the exchange, Mengman mentioned a poem about Qinghai, and surprisingly, the football boy A Bin skillfully recited this Tang Dynasty poet Wang Changling's "Seven Songs from the Army, Part 4": Qinghai Changyun dark snow mountain, lonely city looking at Yumen Pass...

Although he won applause, Ah Bin said that he was more interested in "Mr. Mengman talked about the relationship between football and our China."

Study trip about "Motherland"

"Why do you want to come to Beijing the most?" Before the start of the Beijing tour, Yushu Junior gave different answers, but the most common answer was: Beijing is the capital.

In just a few days, the impression of Beijing of Yushu teenagers has been embodied from the textbook "capital of the great motherland" to the famous historical sites and high-rise buildings that are close at hand, and the embodied of Beijing friends and children who accompany them all the way, from strangers to cordial, from first acquaintances to trust.

Standing at the foot of the Mutianyu Great Wall, Denzhou Songbao, who wanted to "measure how 'long' the Great Wall really is, exclaimed, "The Great Wall is so majestic."

After visiting the Forbidden City, Dolmatso, who likes to study national culture, had a new idea, "The architecture of the Forbidden City is magnificent, and there are many historic buildings in our hometown, and I want to study the differences and relationships between these architectural styles."

From ancient buildings and monuments with rich history and culture to museums and memorials full of modern science and technology, over the past few days, these children of all ages have understood and enriched their understanding of the grand concepts of Chinese history, Chinese culture and the Chinese nation in different ways.

In the early morning of June 1st, the Yushu boy changed into a national costume, put on a red scarf, and came to Tiananmen Square to watch the flag-raising ceremony as he wished.

At 4:47, the national anthem sounded, and the Tibetan children, who had arrived 2500,<> kilometers away, looked at the national flag and sang it.

Denzhou Matsuho, who wants to take a photo with the honor guard soldiers, said that his dream is to wear a military uniform, "because soldiers can protect their homes and defend the country."

His birthday was on June 16st, and he celebrated his <>th birthday in Tiananmen Square. She understands that "growing up with the motherland means that whether it is the present or the future of the motherland, we are all together, participating and working together."

The return journey is also the departure, with warmth

On June 6, Yushu Junior embarked on his return journey.

"Go back and study hard, get admitted to a university in Beijing, and come to Beijing to play football." Before ending his trip to Beijing, Ah Bin smiled and shared his greater wish with reporters. Compared to when he first arrived in Beijing five or six days ago, he smiled more and talked more.

At the airport, the children say goodbye to their Beijing uncles and aunts who take care of them along the way. Sonam Raji, a 13-year-old girl, asked her uncle and aunt to leave their names and phone numbers on their handbags, "Be sure to come and see us, welcome to my hometown."

Before leaving Beijing, he used the word "warm" to describe his Beijing experience, "This time I spent a happy time in Beijing, which made us feel the warmth of the party and the government."

"Yushu Tibetan Youth Beijing Tour" is the first activity of the Sino-Singapore Public Welfare "Dream Realization Project". Yu Lan, deputy editor-in-chief of China News Service and president of China News Network, said that the "Beijing trip" is a journey to realize the dreams of these children in Tibetan welfare institutions, an experience trip to the Chinese national community, and a study trip with the theme of "motherland". It is hoped that through this special "June Day" activity, the warmth will be passed on, so that the children will have hope in their eyes and dreams in their hearts. In the future, the "Dream Realization Program" will help children in more ethnic areas to build dreams, pursue dreams, and realize their dreams, so that children can have more unforgettable childhood memories and a happier future.

Over the past few days, what touched Guo Huchun, vice governor of the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Government, the most was the self-confidence gained by the children. "For these children, not only are they coming to Beijing for the first time, many of them are leaving their hometowns for the first time, and for them, the 'Beijing trip' is an opportunity to broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge and improve their abilities, and the seeds of self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement planted in the hearts of children will benefit them for life."

Ma Chaoying, member of the party committee and deputy commander of the Yushu Headquarters in Qinghai, Beijing, and deputy secretary-general of the Yushu prefecture party committee and prefecture government, said that he hoped that through this activity, the children could feel the warmth of the party and government, feel the greatness and prosperity of the motherland, feel the concern and help of the people of the whole country for Yushu and Tibetan areas, and hope that the children will have the ambition and dare to struggle, and contribute to the development of their hometown and the construction of the motherland in the future.

Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the Chinese nation. As General Secretary Xi Jinping said, "Care for and help children from difficult families, especially orphans and disabled children, so that all children can feel the warmth of the Party and the government and have a happy and beautiful childhood." ”

Full of warmth and dreams, 40 Tibetan teenagers have set off again. (End)
