On the Croisette, the coveted Cannes Film Festival is about to tidy up its red carpet, but leaves us with many memorable moments. This 76th edition has especially seen great stars of international cinema climb its steps and receive some sparkling Palmes d'Or.

The Cannes Film Festival is soon making its final clap for its 76th edition, enough to look back on the highlights of one of the most anticipated international events of the year. The three sacred monsters of cinema, Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro were gathered and very close on the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals, on the occasion of the presentation of the new film of the 80-year-old director.

This is probably the image that will remain of this very Hollywood year, with "Killers of the Flower Moon", this western signed Scorsese, but also the return of Indiana Jones. And it is obviously not without an honorary Palme d'Or that its star actor Harrison Ford will leave the Croisette. The other Palme d'honneur was awarded to the great Michael Douglas.

"Asteroid City", a film with a brilliant cast

And earlier this week, the red carpet was similar to that of the Oscars with the presentation of Wes Anderson's film "Asteroid City", which could be renamed "Hollywood City", thanks to its brilliant five-star cast. Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Adrien Brody and Margot Robbie share the bill and announce another masterpiece from the director.

Finally, the festival focuses on the younger generation with singer The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, who came to present the series "The Idol". It remains to be seen whether these authentic idols of young people from Los Angeles will be rewarded by the jury.
