Cannes 2023: British director Ken Loach in a word, a gesture and a silence

Born in 1936, Ken Loach is a cinematic rock in the social storm caused by capitalist logic. For decades, the English master of social cinema has been calling for solidarity and resistance. He shares with us the stories of workers and their families abused by the system. After already two Palmes d'Or for "Le vent se lève" (2006) and "Moi, Daniel Blake" (2016), he is again in the running for the Palme d'Or in this year 2023, with "The Old Oak". Portrait in a word, a gesture and a silence.
