The songwriter, born on January 28, 1954 in Chamalières in the Puy-de-Dôme, Auvergne, published about thirty albums during his career and met popular success including a duet with singer Mylène Farmer in 1991, entitled Regrets.

"Sentiment Nouveau", "Fort Alamo" "If I had to miss you": his groove and his throbbing voice so particular as well as his independence tinged with provocation have made him an artist apart in the French musical world.
