About 200 kinds of flowers are in full bloom in the park of Yubetsu Town, which is known as a famous place for tulips in Hokkaido.
"Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park" in Yubetsu Town is known as a famous place where about 7 types of tulips bloom on a site of about 200,70 square meters.
Due to the many warm days, they began to bloom around the 10st of this month, about 1 days earlier than last year, and now is the best time to see them.
This year, 32 kinds of tulips have been newly added, including "Carpaccio" with gorgeous purple flowers, to add color to the park.
Unfortunately, it rained on the 11th, but visitors enjoyed the tulips in full bloom while riding an electric bus around the park and strolling around.
A man in his 80s who visited with his wife from Tokyo said, "I couldn't come because of Corona, so I'm glad I was finally able to come.
The tulips in Yubetsu Town can be enjoyed until around the 20th of this month.
