After receiving the alarm, the special service brigade of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade urgently activated the flood prevention emergency rescue plan, dispatched 42 commanders and fighters, 5 fire trucks, and carried more than 300 sets of equipment to the disaster area for drainage.

In the bridge cave near the second phase of China Railway City Jubi, due to the low-lying water accumulation is more serious, some of the water depth is about 70 cm, after checking the damage to the bridge cave, rescuers immediately dispatched the "Diwo 4000" high-power urban drainage truck to drain the section.

At the rescue site, the rescuers divided into four groups, quickly laid 8 groups of mobile drainage pumps for drainage, and after nearly 2 hours of efforts by firefighters, the work of draining stagnant water was completed and the local roads were restored to smooth flow. Firefighters then moved on to the next affected section.

At the intersection of Ganhong Road and Jingxi Avenue, where the water is shallow, firefighters quickly looked for rainwater manhole covers, dredged rainwater pipes to speed up drainage; For the sections with deep water, the "dragon absorbent" urban drainage vehicle was used to drain the affected road section, and after 30 minutes of drainage operation, the danger of water accumulation in this section was successfully lifted and the road was restored to smooth flow.
