On April 4, data provided by the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region showed that during the "March 24" holiday, Guangxi's consumer market was rich in atmosphere and consumption was hot, and 152 key enterprises in the retail and catering industry achieved cumulative sales of 2 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.19%.

The sea of songs celebrates the festive season

In Wuming District, Nanning City, one of the birthplaces of Zhuang culture, mountain song kings and folk singers from all over Guangxi gathered together to compete on the same stage, and Zhuangxiang primary school students interpreted classic mountain songs with new singing methods; Grabbing flower cannons, dancing bamboo poles, throwing hydrangeas, playing spinning tops, tasting food... Many tourists come to experience the charm of the "March 3 of the Zhuang Nationality" cultural tourism festival.

Qin Xiangzhou, director of the Guangxi Mountain Song Professional Committee, introduced that mountain songs are poetry works created orally by folk singers, rhyming, flat and rhythmic. Guangxi people sing mountain songs, come with their mouths open, down-to-earth, and express their feelings and wishes.

At the foot of Yufeng Mountain in Liuzhou City, where legend says Liu Sanjie rode a fish to ascend to heaven, there has been continuous singing for several days, and singers from all major mountains have turned into "Internet celebrities", and everyone is live broadcasting on their mobile phones. The "fans" who rushed to sing in all directions surrounded the mountain singers, and the scene was comparable to the scene of "chasing stars". Lu Lianfang, the "king of Guangxi songs", said that the Internet has broken the limitations of time, space and region, and has become a new "song" for mountain song lovers.

In the beautiful Li River in Guilin, a real scenery of the landscape with the theme of "Chao Song March 3 Mountain Song Full Li River" will be wonderfully staged, and actors dressed in national costumes will take a cruise ship and go down the river to "hi" songs, interact with tourists, and show the beauty of Guangxi's landscape and the rhyme of mountain songs.

During the "March 3" period, various activities such as intangible cultural heritage items exhibitions, Zhuang national costume displays, and intangible cultural heritage food festivals were staged in various parts of Guangxi. A series of activities such as the Zhuang ethnic five-color sticky rice production skills display, cultural and creative products exhibition and sales attracted the attention of tourists.

The Zhuang "March 3" became a global party

In order to strengthen the protection of traditional culture, since 2014, Guangxi has designated "March <>" as a legal traditional holiday. Today, the festival has become a global party, attracting guests from home and abroad to experience a unique cultural experience.

This year's "Zhuang March 3 8 Gui Carnival" held the first China-ASEAN (Nanning) Intangible Cultural Heritage Week, at Nanning Folk Song Lake Square, more than 100 intangible cultural heritage items from China and ASEAN, such as Thai Confucian Opera, Cambodian Royal Dance Opera, and Indonesian Wayang Shadow Puppet Show, were unveiled, attracting people to experience it up close.

Lee Vanna, Deputy Minister of Culture and Art of Cambodia, said that it is of special significance for the Zhuang people to come to carry out cultural exchanges during the "March 3" period, and Cambodia will learn from Guangxi's experience in the protection, inheritance and use of intangible cultural heritage.

In Chongzuo City, Guangxi, a border city between China and Vietnam, special activities such as the Chinese and foreign traditional costume competition, the Sino-Vietnamese Mountain Song Conference, and the International Youth Friendship Blind Date Conference were held one after another, and the Vietnamese delegation made a special trip from Longzhou Water Port to participate in the Chongzuo Huashan International Cultural Tourism Festival and feel the charm of the Zhuang people's "March 3" folk customs.

This year's "March 100 of the Zhuang Nationality" also attracted more than <> Taiwan compatriots to celebrate the festival, throwing hydrangeas, beating concentric drums and performing songs and dances with the people of Guangxi. In London, England, the "Guangxi March 3 Rural Music Broadcast Global" cultural and art festival was brilliantly staged, "Mountain Song is Like Spring River Water", "Thank You", "Zhuang Toast Song" and many other Guangxi folk songs let overseas Chinese hear the rural sound, and the local British people also took the stage to help, using fan dance to interpret the Chinese folk song "A Beautiful Jasmine". Xiao Yingying, president of the British Guangxi Friendship Association, said that she hoped that this event would let more people know Guangxi and understand Guangxi's traditional ethnic culture.

Create a Tesco season for all to promote economic development

While the colorful folk cultural activities were staged, Guangxi took the opportunity to launch a special consumer promotion brand activity - "33 Consumption Festival" to create a national Tesco season and boost economic development.

Yang Chunting, director of the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, introduced that on March 800 this year, Guangxi focused on mass consumption, urban consumption, new consumption and other fields, issued more than <> million yuan of consumption coupons, and carried out more than <> activities to benefit the people and promote consumption, igniting people's enthusiasm for consumption.
