Aged 22, Paul Lonceint-Spinelli is completing his Master's degree in journalism, specialising in radio, at the Institut de journalisme de Bordeaux Aquitaine (IJBA).

The four finalists, pre-selected on the basis of a first jury, presented a complete 10-minute diary with audio elements and a short report illustrating a recent current event. They then were interviewed by a jury composed of journalists from France Médias Monde.

The jury particularly appreciated the quality of Paul Lonceint-Spinelli's radio writing, but also the taste he has for presentation and the place he gives to the role of presenter within a radio newsroom.
