Recently, Zhang Jingxian, secretary of the party branch of the tenant Tunzhanghezhuang Community in Hezeluxi New District, Shandong Province, and president of the Heze Martyrs' Family Search Volunteer Association, packed his bags and went to Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province, to start the journey of finding relatives for martyrs again. This is the 41st unknown soldier he has successfully found. Before leaving, he also brought a bag of loess from the martyr's cemetery.

"Judging from the information transmitted by Hunan martyrs' relatives hunting volunteers, the name, place of origin, and age are all in line." Zhang Jingxian said that after receiving the information, he immediately contacted Xiong Junci, a volunteer for martyrs in Hunan Province. After confirming that the information was very consistent with the identity of the martyr Zhao Mingzhe who died in Heze, he decided to go to Hunan to send the martyr home.

On March 3, Zhang Jingxian arrived in Chenxi County, Hunan Province. "According to the introduction of local elderly people, the martyr Zhao Mingzhe who died in Heze is highly consistent with the identity of 'Zhao Mingzhe' of the five groups of people in Tianjiayan Village, Jinbin Town, Chenxi County." Zhang Jingxian said that in order to further confirm the information, on March 23, he went to Tianjiayan Village, Jinbin Town, Chenxi County, and met Zhao Mingzhe's 3-year-old nephew Zhao Dexing. The information introduction is consistent with the place, time and age of Zhao Mingzhe's sacrifice recorded in the roster of troops provided by the Heze Martyrs' Family Search Volunteer Association. Therefore, it can be determined that Zhao Mingzhe from Tianjiayan Village, Jinbin Town, Chenxi County, and Zhao Mingzhe who died in Heze are the same person. Subsequently, Zhao Dexing sprinkled the loess brought by Zhang Jingxian from the Martyrs' Cemetery in Heze on the graves of the martyrs' parents.

Talk about why we helped the martyrs find their relatives. Zhang Jingxian said that on Qingming Day in 2008, when he organized party members and students in his village to visit the graves of the martyrs' cemetery in the community, an old party member asked him, "Jingxian, you have been a soldier and fought on the front line, look at these heroes who died in our community martyr's cemetery, can you help them find a home." It was such a casual sentence that touched Zhang Jingxian, a retired soldier.

Since then, Zhang Jingxian has opened the road of martyrs to find their relatives. In the past 15 years, he has sent more than 2000,1 letters, traveled more than 41,<> miles, and found the families of <> unknown soldiers.

"At first, due to the lack of effective information and lack of personal resources, I encountered many difficulties." Recalling the time of searching for relatives, Zhang Jingxian couldn't help but cry. After visiting relatives and friends, inquiring about history, and gathering information bit by bit, he successively found the relatives of Zhang Wenlu, Xu Yandun, Jian Jinchuan and other martyrs.

"When I see the hero's soul returning to his hometown and reuniting with his relatives, I feel that no matter how much effort I give, it is worth it." Zhang Jingxian said that in order to help more martyrs find their relatives and expand the team of relatives searching, he organized and established the Heze Martyrs' Relatives Search Volunteer Association, which formed a linkage with many provinces and cities, attracted more than 1000,<> volunteers to participate, and the scope of finding homes for martyrs also expanded to the whole country.

In recent years, Zhang Jingxian has carried out a number of red propaganda activities on campuses, enterprises, etc., focusing on "finding relatives for martyrs", deeply integrating the inheritance of the heroic spirit and the service of retired soldiers; It is planned to build a home for veterans with more than 300 square meters of "three rooms, one hall and one hall"; Build the "Red Gene Heritage Hall" to display the war stories and martyrs' deeds that took place in Zhanghezhuang; Set up a "veteran mediation room" to invite veterans into the community to help residents resolve conflicts and solve problems; Formed the Zhanghezhuang Community Veterans Volunteer Service Team...

"Those who defend their country with their lives in the midst of bullets and bullets will always be the loveliest and most respectable people. Back then, they sacrificed for us, and now, I also want to do something for them and do my best to fulfill the dream of more unsung heroes returning home, and I will continue on this road. Zhang Jingxian said. (End)
