Many places made moves to deal with the peak of the festival

Advocate cloud festival sweeping single and even number diversion to deal with the first Qingming Festival after "Class B and B pipe"

In response to the first Qingming Festival after the optimization and adjustment of epidemic prevention and control policies, a reporter from Beijing Youth Daily noted that many places in China are expected to greatly increase the demand for mass festivals during the Qingming Festival in 2023, and have introduced relevant methods such as making appointments in advance, staggering peak festivals, and implementing cloud festivals to cope with the upcoming peak of festivals.

Launched the "Substitute for Ritual Sweeping" service

Advocate new ways to remember our ancestors

On March 3, according to the Information Office of Dalian Municipal Government, this year is the first Qingming Festival after the new crown virus infection was adjusted from "Class B A pipe" to "Class B tube", and it is expected that the demand for mass sacrifices will increase significantly during the Qingming Festival in 29. April 2023 to 4 will be the peak period of Dalian City Festival Sweep, in addition to continuing to further promote the flower festival sweep, youth remote mailing, family memorial and other methods, the official website of the Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau will continue to provide online worship channels, all cemeteries and funeral homes in Dalian will actively carry out "substitute ritual cleaning" convenience services, and continue to carry out activities such as "flowers for burning paper", "tree planting" and "time and space mailboxes".

Similarly, the Changsha Civil Affairs Bureau issued an initiative to advocate new ritual methods such as tree planting, flower offerings, family memorials, online sacrifices, and writing spiritual family letters to carefully pursue the long term and remember our ancestors.

Make an appointment to sweep the crowd

Xiamen launched single and even number staggered peaks

According to the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, March 3 and 25 and April 26-4 are expected to be the peak of the festival. During the Qingming period this year, Shanghai implemented the practice of "extending the cycle, staggering the peak, and booking the peak", and introduced measures to facilitate the people, such as establishing and improving the online festival cleaning platform, holding various forms of collective commemorative activities, and providing rail transit shuttle services.

Foshan also launched the Qingming Festival reservation system on March 3, and citizens can make appointments by following WeChat public account platforms such as "Foshan Civil Affairs" and "Foshan Release" or Foshan + client. On Qingming Day and the weekend of the week (29th and 8th), all funeral service units in the city will uniformly take measures such as appointment, peak shift, and flow restriction, and citizens must complete a real-name appointment before going to the festival, and go to the funeral service unit according to the appointment time period for the sacrifice.

In response to the peak of the festival and the gathering of people as much as possible, Xiamen will implement a single and even number staggered peak festival. That is, those who are placed in the grid and buried with an odd number are sacrificed on odd-numbered days, and those with even numbers are sacrificed on even-numbered days.

Shenzhen traffic police will depend on the situation

Implement road control in a timely manner

The Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau recommends that citizens who go to the festival travel off-peak and green travel, and try to choose public transportation. It is expected that the traffic flow of the crowded areas and surrounding roads such as Shenzhen Funeral Home, Jitian Cemetery and Longshan Permanent Cemetery in Longgang District, Xili Bao'en Blessing Land in Nanshan District, Baoshan Garden in Bao'an District, and Dapeng Bay Overseas Chinese Cemetery in Yantian District will increase significantly.
