Yushu, Qinghai, 3 March (ZXS) -- Topic: Plateau Secret Land Guide: Welcome global visitors to experience the ecology of the Lancang River

China News Agency reporter Li Jiangning

After a spring snowfall, the Grand Canyon of Angsai adds a white romance. In the early morning, the herdsmen of Ranhuaoguo Village, Angsai Township, Zaduo County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, were busy boiling porridge and preparing breakfast for visitors who came to experience nature.

Caigai's home is located in the Lancang River Source Park of Sanjiangyuan National Park, China's first national park, which is also a natural paradise for highland wildlife.

In 2017, Angsai Township became the first pilot to carry out ecological experience concession activities in Sanjiangyuan National Park. The following year, the local area cooperated with the Shanshui Nature Conservation Center to conduct training for 21 host families with nature experience, including Cai Jia Jia.

"It snowed last night, and today we go looking for snow leopards to see the footprints they leave more easily. If we're lucky, we'll see snow leopards, but be sure to follow me and don't disturb them. "I kept telling visitors about nature experiences, eating lunch in the wild, but bringing back garbage.

The visitor was Huang Li, a 25-year-old girl from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, who was the first nature experiencer he received this year.

Along the way, Huang Li was overwhelmed by the natural scenery in the canyon, and even though the cold wind was biting, she couldn't help but roll the window to save the natural beauty of the place in the camera.

"Looking in this direction, there is a herd of rock sheep, their color and mountain are integrated, it is difficult to identify, you have to look carefully to see." On the way, he got off the car from time to time to observe the animals in the distant mountains with a telescope, and guided Huang Li to hold the telescope to find the rock sheep on the distant mountains.

At noon, he took out the prepared dry food from the car, and after a full meal, he carefully picked up every piece of garbage that fell on the grass, put it in a garbage bag and put it in the car, and continued his journey to find the snow leopard.

After more than an hour's drive, he took Huang Li to several towering stone mountains.

"Look! Two snow leopards! Only then did he hold up his binoculars and exclaim excitedly. On the distant mountain, two snow leopards dragged their thick furry tails slowly into sight, and Huang Li immediately picked up the camera to record this precious moment.

"When I really saw the snow leopard, I was not surprised to see such a rare species, but when it was so close and so far away from you, I stared at each other and did not disturb each other." Huang Li couldn't calm the excitement at the moment for a long time.

Only then told reporters that since becoming a guide, he has successively received visitors from the United States, France, the United Kingdom and other parts of the world, and many people have come here from far away just to see the mysterious alpine animal such as the snow leopard.

"I remember that there was a British man who came to photograph snow leopards before, he was over 60 years old, I took him to climb the mountain for more than 1 hour, he was shaking with a hiking stick, I was worried that his body could not eat, but he insisted that he must see the snow leopard, and happened to see a snow leopard sleeping on the mountain after eating, he was particularly excited and took a picture with his breath held." Just changed it.

In the evening, Huang Li returned home with a full harvest of natural experience. What she didn't expect was that on the mountain opposite her home, two snow leopards appeared again. "Seeing four snow leopards in one day, your luck is too good!" Cai Gai couldn't help but say to Huang Li.

The reporter learned from the official of Yushu Prefecture that the prefecture will actively promote reservation, customized and limited nature experience projects such as rafting nature experience in the Lancang River and Tongtian River Basin, hiking nature experience in the Angsai Grand Canyon, Angsai snow leopard wildlife observation, Soga Tibetan wild ass nature observation, and Quma River wild yak nature observation through concessions and other means.
