At the event site, Mentougou District, together with Huailai County and Zhuolu County in Hebei Province, released five Beijing-Hebei Stepping Youth Flower Appreciation Routes of "One District and Two Counties" around the contents of green walking, flower appreciation, intangible cultural heritage, and folk customs. Mentougou District Cultural and Tourism Bureau, Hebei Zhuolu County Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, and Zhangjiakou City Huailai County Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of Hebei Province jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement between the three places.
