In early spring on the plateau, Chaka Salt Lake, known as the "Chinese version of the sky realm", has welcomed tourists one after another.

On the 17th, on the shore of Chaka Salt Lake, Shen Deping, a villager in Bayin Village, Ulan County, Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, washed bedding at home and welcomed upcoming tourists.

The two-story small building and closed courtyard are Shende Ping's home, and it is also a homestay integrating accommodation and catering. Every time during the peak tourist season of Chaka Salt Lake, her family's homestay is always "difficult to find".
"In the best July and August, a room is 500 yuan a day, there are 10 rooms, plus catering, and the income is almost 1,<> yuan a day." Shen Deping said that life after moving to the new village was unimaginable ten years ago. "When tourists came, we saw more people, even the old people in the village became 'foreign', and Mandarin was very slippery."
Before 2013, the villagers of Bayin Village and Chaka Village in Chaka Township lived in the old village, 20 kilometers and 7 kilometers away, respectively, in earthen houses, cultivating some barley and rape, relying on the sky for food, and each family's annual income was only <>,<> yuan.
"Now in winter, more people in the village travel to Sanya every year, so it turns out that in the old village, it is difficult to eat." Shen Deping quipped that in 2013 they moved to a "small villa" funded by the government for 10,5 yuan and 2014,20 yuan for themselves. In 2, she packed up two houses to receive tourists. Tasting the sweetness brought by tourism, the Shen Deping family built several new houses in the next two years, expanding the scale of their homestay. At the same time, other villagers who moved to the new village together also opened homestays, family guesthouses and farmhouses at home.
Zhao Yonglong, secretary of the party branch of Bayin Village in Chaka Town, introduced that with the help of the "east wind" of the rapid development of tourism in Chaka Salt Lake, 35 households in Bayin Village have opened their doors to operate. In the past five years, the village's collective economic income has increased significantly.
"Now the small video and live broadcast are particularly popular, we plan to train everyone this year, try to add our special product promotion, so that tourists are invited in, our things go out, and the villagers' way to increase income will be wider and wider." Zhao Yonglong said.

Chaka Village, which is "across the road" from Bayin Village, is also a beneficiary of the development of characteristic tourist guesthouses after the relocation, with 209 villagers in the village opening 209 homestays, some operating their own homestays, some renting them to bosses in Zhejiang, Sichuan, Anhui and other places to develop their own planting or go out to work.
"It turned out that we were a poor village, and at the end of 2018, our annual per capita income reached 1,9 yuan, which took off the 'hat' of poverty." Zhang Fawang, secretary of the party branch of Chaka Village, introduced that the bosses from other places in the village shared their advanced business concepts and management methods with local villagers, and conducted online e-commerce training for villagers, so that every homestay was hung on various tourism platforms, so that "going out to find guests" became "waiting for guests at home", and improved the quality of service.
In recent years, relying on the tourism industry of Chaka Salt Lake, Chaka Village has embarked on a new path of green development of "Internet + Fuzhi + Fuzhi + Fuzhi + Fuzhi + Fuji". The industrial structure adjustment model, mainly based on the intensive development of agriculture and the development of aquaculture and trafficking in family hotels, land circulation and the industrialization of aquaculture and trafficking, has basically taken shape, and has become the main pillar for the people to increase income and become rich, and has successfully transformed in economic development.
"We make every effort to develop related industries such as food, accommodation, travel, tourism, shopping, and entertainment, and make articles on characteristic homestays to drive the masses to increase income."
