The report is based on the 2022 China Social Mentality Survey Database and analyzes the sleep status of people in 2022. The data shows that in 2022, respondents slept an average of 7.40 hours per night, nearly half of respondents slept less than 8 hours per night, and 16.79% slept less than 7 hours per night. The "Report" believes that in terms of the sleep status of different groups, the sleep duration of the people needs to be increased, and the self-assessment of sleep quality needs to be improved.
