  [Explanation] 50-year-old Wang Shouming runs a grilled cold noodle business here. He comes from Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, and he is busy making grilled cold noodles for diners in short sleeves.

After living in Liuzhou for more than three years, he still has not changed his accent.

Chengdu, Kunming and other cities in southern China have left his footprints.

Due to the new crown epidemic, he stayed in Liuzhou City, Guangxi for a period of time, but this stay made him fall in love with this small southern city and decided to settle here.

At first, he traveled to various livelihood vegetable markets in Liuzhou, selling mushrooms, chestnuts, sea fish, etc.

But he found that the night market life in Liuzhou is particularly rich and exciting. Various food stalls are often open until late at night, but the flow of people is still unabated.

He decided to integrate into Liuzhou as a night market stall owner, selling roasted cold noodles at a bustling night market in the city.

We took out some of our original skills in making snacks.

  [Explanation] In the summer of 2021, Wang Shouming brought his wife and son to Liuzhou, where they reunited and changed from "migratory birds" to "new citizens".

The couple who have integrated into the nightlife have become the most dedicated vendors in the night market street. They didn't go to bed until 5 o'clock in the morning, and started preparing the ingredients for the day the next morning.

  [Explanation] As Liuzhou's tourism popularity remains high, Wang Shouming's stall is often crowded with tourists from all over the country, and his income has also increased significantly.

  Two days ago, people from Guangzhou (tourists) came to my place (consumption), and yesterday there were (tourists) from Guiyang, as well as (tourists) from our north and northeast. Many of them came from other places, and they all came through snails. Fan knows Liuzhou and travels here.

  [Explanation] Wang Shouming can clearly feel that with the rapid recovery of the Chinese tourism market, the stalls around him have grown from dozens to hundreds, and many night market stall owners can earn thousands of yuan a night.

Nowadays, many northern "migratory birds" like Wang Shouming are also attracted by the night market life in Liuzhou, and they choose to set up businesses and settle here.
