At around 4:00 am on the 14th, a 40-year-old niece living in a detached house of Yoshiharu Oshimo (70) in Ouchi-cho, Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, reported to the police that her home was on fire.
The fire was extinguished after about two hours, but one two-story wooden house burned down, and two people were found dead in the burnt ruins.
According to the police, three people live in this two-story house, Mr. Oshimo, his sister in her 60s, and her nephew in her 30s. It means that it is no longer available.
My nephew, who is in his 30s, had a sore throat and was taken to the hospital, but his condition is not life-threatening.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire as well as confirming the identity.
The site is a place surrounded by mountains and fields about 300 meters from JR Nishiochi Station.
