Already a malaise in Mali…

Mustapha Sylla, 21-year-old defender, arrived at Racing Club d'Abidjan last January after spending the last year in Mali with Djoliba de Bamako where he had already suffered a heart attack which forced him to stop training in May. 2022. Was the Racing Club of Abidjan aware of this first episode?

Did the Djoliba warn the Ivorian club even if Mustapha Sylla arrived free of any contract in Côte d'Ivoire?
