Two people were arrested: Ryuji Otsuka (59), a lawyer in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and Yuhei Sasaki (32), a gangster living in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.



According to the Metropolitan Police Department, in April and June 2020, the two threatened a woman involved in the case by text message or phone saying, "I don't want you to testify any more," and were suspected of intimidating witnesses. is held



At that time, the lawyer was acting as a lawyer for a gang member who had been arrested for being involved in a special fraud case. It is believed that he was making phone calls.



The incident was discovered when the woman complained to the Metropolitan Police Department that she was "shut up."
