The provisional brief of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on the
Kitchen case
is an accurate portrait of a gloomy time, in which the Ministry of the Interior made a corrupt patrimonialization of state power to the point of
placing at the service of the ruling party the highest police instances

The accusation of the Public Prosecutor's Office determines the creation of an espionage plot financed with reserved funds to monitor and steal documents from the former treasurer of the PP Luis B
árcenas, in order to prevent it from keeping evidence of the popular box that splashed the party leaders and could be incorporated as incriminating elements in the
Gürtel case
.
The operation was also conceived to
prevent ELMUNDO from continuing to report on corruption within the PP
and on the links between President Mariano Rajoy and the treasurer.

The sentences requested and the charges of the defendants who will sit on the bench show that we are facing extremely serious events that cannot go unpunished.
