Wang Kunsen is 91 years old this year. Before retiring from the army, he was an army officer. After changing his career, he worked in national defense education at Zhejiang Medical University (now Zhejiang University School of Medicine) until his retirement.

In order to help out-of-school children, in 2012, when he was over eighty years old, he decided to pick up waste and help students, rain or shine.

In more than ten years of picking up waste, Wang Kunsen sponsored a total of 7 students.

With the help of Zhejiang University, Wang Kunsen also set up the "Wang Kunsen Scholarship" to help more children.

He once told reporters that people must have will, and their heart to help others must be sincere, and that they will pursue the cause of public welfare all their lives.

At the end of last year, Wang Kunsen suffered a heart attack, and continued to pick up waste and became unable to do what he wanted.

"My last wish is to donate my body to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and to 'return' to the lecture hall in this way. I hope to contribute all of myself. I have thought about this for a long time, burning myself and illuminating others. It is my last glory as a party member." Wang Kunsen said.

Live forever and do good deeds.

After signing the body donation voluntary letter, Wang Kunsen said with a smile, "It's solid."

It is understood that Zhejiang started the donation of human organs (remains, tissues) in 2010, and it has been 13 years so far.
