[Explanation] On February 21, Guangxi Dongxing Port (First Bridge) resumed its passenger transport function. The entry and exit business hall ushered in a long-lost "lively" and passengers cleared the customs in an orderly manner.

Many border residents of Dongxing passed the customs with the "Border Entry and Exit Permit" and went to Mong Cai City, Vietnam across the river to do business, visit relatives, friends, and even eat a cross-border breakfast.

Many Vietnamese border residents also entered the country as soon as customs clearance resumed, and came to Dongxing City for shopping and meeting friends.

　　[Explanation] Pei Thixiang, a Vietnamese citizen, was the first passenger to go through the exit customs clearance procedures after Dongxing Port (First Bridge) resumed passenger clearance. She was very excited when she walked out of the exit passage.

　　[Explanation] According to the announcement issued by the Dongxing City Administration of Commerce and Ports, as long as the entry and exit personnel of Dongxing Port (Yiqiao) hold valid entry and exit documents and truthfully fill in the "Entry and Exit Health Declaration Card", the entry personnel must have 48 hours. If the nucleic acid test is negative, you can pass the customs normally.

　　[Explanation] Dongxing Port is the only national first-class port in China that is connected to Vietnam by sea and land. It is only about 100 meters away from Mong Cai Port in Vietnam. It is one of the most convenient passages from China to Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The restoration of the passenger transport function of Dongxing Port (First Bridge) will greatly promote the exchanges and integration between China and Vietnam, and further promote the economic recovery of Dongxing Port.
