The Industrial Safety and Health Act obliges the primary contractor to make necessary communications and adjustments for safety when there are multiple contractors on site. sent documents to Tsukamoto Construction in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, which was the original contractor, and the site manager in his 60s on the 20th.



According to the Labor Standards Inspection Office, such provisions are rarely applied.
