On the morning of the 18th, Japan's new flagship rocket "H3", whose launch was canceled on the 17th, was returned to the assembly building from the launch site.

JAXA = Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, after investigating the cause, wants to launch again by the 10th of next month, which is the preliminary launch period.

The first "H3" was scheduled to be launched from the Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima Prefecture at 10:37 am on the 17th, but the rocket did not launch.

Regarding this, JAXA explains that the launch was canceled because the system in the first stage of the rocket detected an abnormality and did not send a signal to ignite the auxiliary rocket.

After the rocket was drained of fuel, it took about 30 minutes from around 10:00 am on the 18th to return to the assembly building about 400 meters away from the launch site.

According to JAXA, no abnormalities have been found in the first-stage system of the rocket in tests so far. We are looking forward to launching again in 2020.
