A 46-year-old suspect in Kyoto City was arrested by the police for voyeurizing the skirts of more than 100 women at commercial facilities.

It is believed that the voyeur video was sold on the Internet and sold over 150 million yen.

Masaki Mori (46), an unemployed man from Fushimi Ward, Kyoto, was arrested.

According to investigative sources, from February last year to October last year, Mori used a small hidden camera to take pictures of the skirts of more than 100 women at commercial facilities in Kyoto and Osaka. He is suspected of violating the anti-nuisance ordinance.

Mori sold videos on multiple websites and was known on the Internet as a seller of voyeur videos, so the police searched his home and proceeded with the investigation.

Based on the sales list and account information, sales are expected to reach at least 150 million yen in 12 years.

In response to the investigation, after admitting the charges, he stated that "the video was sold several years after shooting."

Police are investigating the suspicion that he waited for the three-year statute of limitations for voyeurism to pass before selling the videos he had taken.
