France is organizing its 48th Cesar ceremony on February 24.

Among the lucky winners, actress Virginie Efira, nominated in the best actress category for the film Revoir Paris.

She tells Europe 1 the moment she learned of her appointment.

After the Golden Globes in the United States, France is organizing its 48th Cesar ceremony on February 24, of which Europe 1 is a radio partner of Canal+ for this event.

The nominees are already preparing and Monday evening the famous restaurant Le Fouquet's, on the Champs-Élysées, received the nominees for the Césars.

For Europe 1, she confides the precise moment when she learned of her appointment: "It was the beginning of the year so I made good resolutions. As I had not done any sport since 2003, I says 'we have to get started' but frankly, the abs-glutes and all the rest, it's a monumental bore!

In the middle of a sports session, the actress receives the good news: "I don't really know what time it was anymore. I maintain a kind of vagueness so as not to be like an imbecile. don't remember, my phone rings and I was able to interrupt this sports session when I heard the news. Thank you very much the Césars, thanks to you I had a better hour!", smiles the actress.
