An earthquake of magnitude 5.3 occurred in the Pacific Ocean near the Northern Kuriles

Earlier, the Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry arrived in Syria to provide assistance after the earthquake.

It was also reported that the death toll from the earthquake in Turkey rose to 3381.
