A 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Turkey on Monday February 6, killing at least 15 people in the provinces of Osmaniye (south) and Sanliurfa (southeast).

Ten people have died in Urfa province, its governor Salih Ayhan told Turkish television NTV, after the state-run Anadolu agency reported an initial death toll of five in Osmaniye province.
