You can see that the white tower next to me has entered the stage of equipment installation.
[Explanation] Recently, the No. 1 station of the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site in Wenchang City, Hainan Province has basically completed the preliminary civil works and entered the equipment installation stage.
It is estimated that in June 2023, the main tower - service tower will be completed.

At present, the first floor of our service tower has been hoisted, the first floor of the No. 1 lightning protection tower has also been installed, and the second floor is undergoing trial assembly.
Our plan is to complete in June 2023.
This service tower is mainly to assemble (provide) an operating platform for rockets and satellites on site.
Workers operate on it and carry out equipment debugging.
[Explanation] The reporter saw a busy scene at the construction site, construction vehicles shuttled back and forth, large crawler cranes were hoisting steel components, workers performed their duties, and the site was orderly.

The tower behind me is assembled one by one by these steel structure components like building blocks.
The entire tower is 82 meters in total and has 11 floors.
[Explanation] Ge Lixin introduced that the entire service tower is composed of more than 1,000 steel components. The installation and construction of the first floor is currently underway. After the installation work has gained experience, the speed will be accelerated. It is estimated that the first floor can be built every 10 days.
The installation project looks simple, but the construction requirements are very delicate and complex.

In our installation process, the accuracy requirements are very high, and the horizontal and vertical degrees must meet the specification requirements.
Perpendicularity is required for each layer (error) not to exceed plus or minus 3 mm.
[Explanation] The Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site is the first commercial space launch site in China to start construction. The project started on July 6, 2022. It is planned to complete the construction of the launch site technology area and the hardware facilities in the launch area by the end of 2023. It will be released on the 30th.
The total investment of the project budget is more than 4 billion yuan, and the planned construction land is more than 2,000 mu.
After the completion of the project, it will mainly undertake rocket launch business at home and abroad and provide rocket launch services, which will further enhance China's commercial rocket launch capabilities.
