The Guangdong Marine Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps (hereinafter referred to as the "corps") released a message on February 3. At 20 o'clock on the 2nd, the Corps received a report from the Shanwei Detachment that a "three noes" ship capsized 8 nautical miles east of Turtle Bay in Huidong. The ship sank, and 3 people on board fell into the water. The Shanwei detachment has sent 4 law enforcement boats to the scene to search and rescue, and reinforcements are needed now.

According to the instructions of the corps, six law enforcement boats from the Shanwei and Huizhou detachments went to search and rescue one after another.

Because the person who fell into the water could not provide an accurate location and the visibility at sea was low, the law enforcement boat overcame the danger of excessive wind and waves and continued to search at sea for 4 hours, but still did not find the person who fell into the water.

At 22:30, the Huizhou Detachment of the Corps organized another law enforcement boat to search and rescue, but was also forced to withdraw from the waters near the Daxingshan Fort because of the strong wind and waves.

The head team instructed the Huizhou Detachment to use a system simulation to calculate the drifting trajectory of the person who fell into the water according to the ocean current and wind direction and wind speed, and at 7:30 on February 3, three law enforcement boats including China Sea Surveillance 9056 were dispatched for the third time to search in the waters near Sanmen Island.

At 8:35, the Chinese Sea Surveillance Boat 9056 discovered and successfully rescued the first person who fell into the water in the waters east of Sanmen Island.

As of 10:30 a.m. on the same day, the other two persons who fell into the water were also successively rescued by the Offshore Oil 258 ship and the coast guard ship.

So far, all three people have been rescued.

At present, except for one person who is receiving treatment due to weak vital signs, the other two are in good health.
