In December last year, multiple men broke into a high-end watch store that doubled as a residence in Nishi Ward, Hiroshima City, took 2.5 million yen in cash and 90 items including wristwatches and necklaces before fleeing. The police identified eight suspects who were involved in this incident, and on the 3rd, Sho Kurihara (27), Shingo Kato (24), who live in Saitama Prefecture and other places with unknown occupations. Yu Usami, 21, and an 18-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and murder.



According to the police, the watches stolen from the store were worth about 21 million yen, and after the incident, some of the watches and necklaces were found at multiple purchasers outside the prefecture.



The police are investigating whether the suspects sold it for cash and are investigating the connection with the wide-area robbery.



Police have not released the identity of the four arrested.
