A winner who won the EuroMillions draw on December 2, 2022 did not claim their prize.

This Charente player has definitely lost a million euros, reports

BFMTV

.

La Française des jeux (FDJ) had posted a search notice on social networks to find this player.

He had until Monday 11:59 p.m. to present himself to the FDJ but he never made himself known.

When a rank 1 winner does not collect the money due to him, his winnings are put back into play in the form of an "exceptional jackpot or promotional offer".

This is what the FDJ intends to do in this specific case.

In two years, 200 million euros have not been claimed by Loto, Euromillions and My Million players, explained

Le Parisien

 in September 2022.

Another Wanted Winner

If it was a Tier 2 winner, the state would have pocketed the money.

In 2021, 150.2 million euros thus landed in its coffers.

The FDJ is now looking for another winner who risks seeing the money slip through his fingers if he does not react quickly.

He must present himself before Friday to be able to obtain his prize.

He filled his grid in Guyana.

If the winner recognizes himself, he must contact 09 69 36 60 60 as soon as possible so as not to miss out on the prize promised to him.
