Actress Olga Kogut, who starred in The Return of Mukhtar, died

This was reported at the National Academic Drama Theater named after Lesya Ukrainka.

“We ourselves do not yet believe in this terrible news, but we must report that one of the main actresses of our theater, Olga Kogut, has died today,” the RIA Novosti institution quotes a statement.

The agency writes that Olga Kogut was born in 1969 in Kyiv.

She graduated from the Donetsk School of Culture and has been working at the National Academic Drama Theater since 1996.

The actress is known for her roles in "The Return of Mukhtar" (2004), "12 Chairs" version of 2004, the series "Cliffs.

A Lifelong Song" (2006) and "Milkmaid from Khatsapetovka" (2007).
