The Japanese animation 'The First Slam Dunk' reached the top of the box office within 23 days of its release.



According to the Korea Film Promotion Commission's cinema ticket integrated network, 'The First Slam Dunk' took first place at the box office yesterday, beating 'Negotiation' starring Hwang Jung-min and Hyun Bin.



The cumulative number of viewers is 1,715,000.



'Negotiation', which has been leading the box office ever since its release on the 18th, went down to second place in 10 days.



Director James Cameron's 'Avatar: Water Road', Taiwanese film 'Sangyeonni' based on the drama of the same name, horror film 'Megan', which celebrated its first weekend of release, and 'Ghost' starring Seol Kyung-gu, Lee Ha-nui, and Park So-dam, were released sequentially. It took 6th place.



Director Yoon Je-gyun's 'Hero', which ranked in 7th place, attracted 3 million and 1,000 viewers until yesterday, exceeding 3 million in 37 days of release.



'Hero' starts screening the 'song subtitle version' that allows you to enjoy the genre of musical film more, and starts to gather audiences at the last minute.
