"Pathan" (Pathaan)

The spy action movie by Siddharth Anand promises a real feast for all fans of hurricane action in its best traditions: the number of stunts, shooting, chases, fights and explosions in it will amaze even fans of Michael Bay.

Everything explodes here: cars, buildings, helicopters;

the main characters, defying physics, fight the villains on the ground, in water and air, the picture pleases the eye with bright colors and a truly stellar cast.

The main role in "Pathan" was played by the legendary Shah Rukh Khan ("Both in sorrow and in joy ...", "Everything happens in life", "The Unabducted Bride"), and John Abraham ("Dad", " New York, The Real Indian Boys) and Deepika Padukone (The Crazy Youth, Hit and Fly!, Beware, Beauties).

The plot as a whole is uncomplicated: the main villain intends to endanger the peaceful life of India with the help of a superweapon, and the main character, with the help of a beautiful partner, prevents him from doing so.

But by and large, for such films, the main thing is dynamism and vivid characters, and in Pathan everything is in order on both counts.

The Devil Conspiracy

The plot of the horror film co-produced by the Czech Republic, the United States and Finland revolves around a secret satanic cult behind an underground bio-laboratory, where, using test-tube cloning, copies of historical figures - Galileo, Vivaldi, Michelangelo and others - appear.

Clones are sold at auctions, but the true goal of the cultists is different: the villains steal the famous Shroud of Turin in order to create a new Jesus Christ.

As a mother for a clone of the messiah, Satanists intend to use the main character - Laura (Alice Orr-Ewing), and present the child to the devil.

However, the Archangel Michael stands in their way, having moved into the body of a murdered priest (Joe Doyle).

Nathan Frankowski's film, based on a biblical story, balances at the intersection of science fiction, horror and thriller.

The tape, on the one hand, attracts with a worthy visual and special effects, and on the other hand, it resembles Jurassic Park, in which Satanists and the war of angels were added.

Telekinesis (Control)

Canadian sci-fi thriller with detective elements Telekinesis sounds like director James Mark's attempt to rethink "Cube" and "Maze Runner" by adding a bit of "Martyrs" to them.

In the center of the plot is a young woman named Eileen (Sarah Mitich).

Chained to a chair, she wakes up in a mysterious room.

Periodically, she hears a voice giving her certain tasks and threatening to kill her husband and daughter if the heroine refuses to fulfill them.

As the story progresses, Eileen discovers psychic abilities, with the help of which she intends to deal with her tormentors, save her family and find out who and why put a terrible experiment on her.

Speaking about the work on the film, the director emphasized that Telekinesis leaves room for conjecture and conjecture, without answering many questions: was Eileen the only test subject?

Who, why and why is experimenting on it?

What kind of world is hidden outside the room she's locked in?

In addition, the director noted that one of his ideas was not to shoot a superhero movie, where the character instantly destroys entire armies with the help of supernatural abilities, but the process of training the heroine.

In addition to Sarah Mitich, the roles in "Telekinesis" were performed by George Chertov, Karen Leblanc and Evie Louisell.

"Crash" (Plane)

The new work of director Jean-Francois Richet ("Enemy of the State No. 1", "Vidok: Ghost Hunter", "Assault on the 13th Precinct") "Crash" is not without a cliché action movie in the style of Stallone's late works.

The assets include brutal main characters performed by Gerard Butler and Mike Colter, a lot of action scenes, fights and shooting.

According to the plot, the plane carrying the mysterious "fugitive" crashes in an extremely inappropriate area.

“Separatists and rebels” are operating there, who are happy to take the survivors hostage.

The brave captain of the plane, having teamed up with the "fugitive" and armed with what God sent, set off to save the passengers of the ill-fated board and fight the villains, sparing no hands, feet, cartridges and even a sledgehammer.

“Crash” is an action movie with thriller elements and a claim to seriousness, in which the emphasis is on forcing the atmosphere, and not on spectacular “comic book” special effects.

And some secondary plot pales in front of the image of the "new Rambo" created by Gerard Butler.
