For the first time in France, people who claim to be victims of influencers have come together to take legal action together.

This group brings together more than 80 alleged victims who have just filed a complaint for "organized gang fraud", in particular against Marc and Nadé Blata.

This famous couple of influencers from reality TV is followed by seven million people on Instagram.

They are accused of having taken advantage of their notoriety to promote risky investments and derive profits from them.

Two separate complaints were sent to the Paris prosecutor's office.

The first targets an NFT (non-fungible token) scam.

The second is directly aimed at the couple of influencers who promoted "copy trading".

Marc and Nadé Blata have encouraged their fans to bet on the risky course of derivatives, as explained by Ouest France.
