The head of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov spoke in kyiv with Gulliver Cragg, correspondent and reporter for France 24 in Ukraine.
While Ukraine is pressuring the West for battle tanks, he says this conflict could have been settled much faster if "weapons had been delivered in large quantities as early as March".
He also explains why he is convinced that Vladimir Putin will not use nuclear weapons.
