 A heinous crime, alien to the Saidi community, committed by a driver and his heroine, his ex-wife. He initially tried to return her to him, after he divorced her, after a marriage that lasted 5 years, due to many problems, the most prominent of which was childlessness, then he married another, but he also did not have children. His ex-wife decided to marry another young man, and after she married him, her ex-husband killed her with several stab wounds, 15 days after her marriage, after seeing her husband on a condolence duty belonging to his family and the family of his ex-wife, who are related.

This murder was experienced by the village of Al-Hujairat, which is affiliated with the Qena Center in Upper Egypt, after the security services found the body of a 25-year-old woman, nearly two weeks after her marriage, soaked in her blood in her bedroom, with a criminal suspicion, so that suspicions revolved around the husband at first, However, the security services quickly revealed the ambiguity of the incident, and arrested the real accused, who turned out to be her ex-husband, who killed her in retaliation for her marriage to another person, even though he had married before her, after all attempts to return again failed.

About 7 years ago, a young man proposed to his cousin, and the family agreed to that, due to kinship and according to the popular saying, “Is he better than someone we don’t know?” Indeed, weddings were held, and the girl married him, so that their life began with joy, but it ended after 5 years, in divorce. After many disputes, one of the most important reasons was childlessness.

The story began when the husband found the body of his twenty-five-year-old wife, Asmaa Fangri, soaked in blood, in the bedroom, 15 days after their marriage. Until the doctor told them that she had passed away, everyone was shocked, and no one imagined at the time that she was killed by her ex-husband.  

The security services began to intensify efforts to uncover the circumstances of the incident, and soon found the killer, hours after he committed the crime, and he confessed to committing the incident, justifying that he committed his crime in revenge for her association with her current husband during their marriage, which led to their divorce.

The accused confessed to the investigation authorities, saying;

That while he was in a funeral, he saw the victim's husband, and the idea of ​​revenge against the victim and her husband brewed in his mind, knowing that they were present at the funeral, so he left the funeral, heading to their house to set it on fire, in revenge for them.

The accused indicated that he had infiltrated the apartment, but he was surprised by the presence of the victim, who felt it, and when she tried to seek help from the people, he assaulted her by beating and stabbing him throughout her body, reaching 5 stab wounds, until her soul passed away.

The victim's family expressed their shock at what happened, whether their daughter was killed at the hands of her ex-husband, or at the defendant's confession, which they described as offensive to their daughter, and that his confession is contrary to what happened.

The victim's brother says;

The victim is the only daughter among 3 siblings, and years ago her aunt's son proposed to her.

And the victim's brother adds;

"The accused tried to tarnish my sister's reputation, after he divorced her after many problems, because of his inability to have children, and despite our repeated attempts with him and his assistance in detection and treatment, even if the matter would amount to a microscopic injection, all attempts failed, and that is why we had to to divorce her.”

The victim's brother denounced the accused's confession of getting rid of his sister because her relationship with the young man she married had begun before their divorce, saying: "How does this happen? Well, if that was the case, he would have asked more than once that she return him after he divorced her? This is one time he asked her to choose me and not choose me." The caliph chose him, so how does he slander her like that, and he says, “Our daughter is not more honorable than honorable, and no one believed his words.” And

the victim’s brother explains that his aunt’s son married his sister, and they lived together for 5 years, then he divorced her due to the many problems due to his inability to have children, and after Divorcing her, he tried more than once to take her back, but we refused. After nearly two years, she married another young man.

He adds: Our relationship with him was strong, despite my sister's divorce from him, we have a kinship relationship as my cousin, even after my sister married another, we loved each other, until something unbelievable happened.

And the victim's brother points out: About 15 days after her marriage, we found her body in her bedroom, with traces of stabbing in the head, eyebrow and ear, it was soaked in blood, we did not believe what happened, and we did not believe or imagine that the accused in that is her ex-husband and her cousin .

And he adds: We were at a funeral and my sister’s husband was with us, and after her ex-husband committed his crime, he came to the funeral the next day, as if he had done nothing, and was surprised when he heard what happened to his ex-wife, in an attempt to ward off suspicions about him, but the security services revealed the incident and arrested the accused. .
